This website and its entire contents, including but not limited to all artwork, design and text is protected under United States and International Copyright Laws.  This site and its entire contents belong to Little Lullaby Greetings, LLC.  The copyright to the contents of this site is owned by Little Lullaby Greetings, LLC.  It is unlawful to reproduce, transmit, print, or distribute either the form or content of any portion of this website without the expressed written consent of Little Lullaby Greetings, LLC.

By submitting an order to Little Lullaby Greetings, LLC, you agree to the following:
 
You certify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the baby(s) whose photo(s) you submit, or have obtained the consent of the parent or legal guardian to display the baby's photos on www.littlelullabygreetings.com.
 
Copyright Indemnification
You certify that you own or have the rights to use any information or pictures supplied by you.  Announcements will not be used for promotional or advertising purposes without the expressed consent of the customer. You agree to accept legal responsibility for the reproduction of all photos that you provide, and to hold harmless and indemnify Little Lullaby Greetings, LLC for all costs, expenses, attorney fees, judgments, liability and damages incurred by the processing and reproduction of copyrighted photographs.

Refund Policy
Since our products are custom printed, we do not offer a refund unless there is a problem with the order due to our error following your approval of the final proof. We encourage all potential customers to order a sample pack if you have any questions about the styles offered and how each looks and feels in person. If the error is ours in the printing or processing, we will reprint your order at no cost to you. If the error is yours, we will reprint for a charge of the current printing and shipping costs.  If a refund is requested after a proof has been completed but before printing, a refund will be issued MINUS a $25.00 design fee. 
 
Data & Privacy
The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment.   Little Lullaby Greetings, LLC uses PayPal for payment processing.  By placing an order and instructing Little Lullaby Greetings, LLC to action your payment, you agree to accept PayPal’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to the PayPal User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and PayPal Acceptable Use Policy.  These terms and conditions can be found at www.paypal.com.  All payments processed by Little Lullaby Greetings, LLC through PayPal are subject to PayPal’s User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and PayPal Website Payments Pro Agreements.  There are no additional circumstances under which Little Lullaby Greetings, LLC provides this information to a third party.
 
COPYRIGHT POLICY/INFRINGING MATERIAL
You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information owned or controlled by someone else without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on www.littlelullabygreetings.com without your permission or in any way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Little Lullaby Greetings, LLC with the following information: a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on the www.littlelullabygreetings.com service; your address, telephone number, and email address; and a written statement by you stating that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law; and a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that you own the claimed infringing material together with any evidence of such ownership. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE
Little Lullaby Greetings, LLC may change the content of the TOS at any time at its sole discretion without notice.  Because we may modify all or any part of these TOS from time to time without notice to you, you should check back often so you are aware of your current rights and responsibilities.  Your continued use of a given Service after changes to the TOS have been published on that Service constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated TOS.  If at any time the TOS are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease all use of the Services.
